Service Description
Runners recovery If you are training for a running event, hyrox or starting out then this class is for you! The runners recovery session will focus on stretching key muscles used while running to optimise recovery and performance. Running is a high-impact sport that can cause muscles and the fascia surrounding them to become stiff and rigid. Mobility may be restricted when this occurs, increasing delayed-onset muscle soreness and the risk of injury which could affect future runs. Myofascial release and stretching encourage blood flow to the muscles, which supports the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to facilitate tissue repair.
